Board Secretary
Board Secretary Wanted -Clutha Health First & Clutha Health Incorporated
Approximately 8 hours per fortnight (0.10FTE equivalent: $34-$36/hr)
Clutha Health First and Clutha Health Incorporated are seeking a capable and reliable Board Secretary to support the governance of our local rural hospital.
This important role works closely with Board Chairs and members to ensure meetings run smoothly and records are well maintained.
Key duties include:
- Organising Board and Trust meetings and preparing agendas and papers
- Taking clear and accurate minutes
- Maintaining Board records and registers
- Keeping track of actions and meeting schedules
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong administration or governance experience
- Has flexibility in being available for Board and sub-committee meetings
- Is well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Has excellent communication and writing skills
- Works with discretion and maintains confidentiality
